About Multimedia

Multimedia devices can significantly extend the functionality of desktop or laptop PC. They are designed to work with different types of information: sound, graphics, animation, photo and video content. In general, the media - the collective term technologies and devices that are used in different information areas for the smooth interface with the PC.

The connection between the two devices has been installed by drivers for multimedia.

External devices are clothed in their own body, which hides the "smart" electronics, and internal devices are presented in the form of expansion cards, sometimes merging with the video / audio cards. Field of usage the microphone is very different. They may be used to implement functions or phone answering machine and for arranging audio or video conference.
