Fujitsu Siemens Computers - the former name of Fujitsu Technology Solutions.
The company was founded October 1, 1999 through the merger of the computer unit Siemens Nixdorf Informationssysteme (concern Siemens AG) and Fujitsu ICL Computers (European division of Fujitsu Limited).
Under the brand Fujitsu Siemens issued computer cases, monitors, keyboards, mouse. During the transition period (before the merger with Fujitsu ICL Computers, but after the brand Siemens Nixdorf no longer existed), monitors and keyboards were produced under the brand Siemens.
At the base of a 50% stake in the company owned by Siemens AG and Fujitsu Limited. In late October 2008, Siemens AG announced the sale of its share of Fujitsu Limited for ? 450 million. Transaction was completed by 1 April 2009.
In 2008, Siemens said that the computer business is not for the company's core and went out of business. Accordingly, Fujitsu bought a share partners for ? 450 million and has inherited all the regional offices and staff of Fujitsu Siemens Computers.
