Huawei comes to the market of Android-consoles with «Tron» prefix

Gradually Android becomes a popular game platform - on the basis of this OS the OUYA console and a set similar to it is let already out that did not stop the Chinese Huawei, decided to test in this genre.

On CES 2014 the company presented the vision of the portable set-top box under the name Tron. Outwardly represents the small cylinder with the built-in Bluetooth module on which there is a communication with the joystick which was delivered in a set (reminding that from Xbox).

In the cylinder the powerful Tegra 4 and two processor of gigabyte of memory is installed - iron the Android JellyBean (4.2.3) operating system with a firm cover of Huawei operates. The cover is presented convenient for management from the menu joystick with access to Huawei online shop with games, video, applications; to settings, installations etc.

Tron will be delivered in two versions - from 16 GB and 32 GB built in a flash memory which can be increased by installation of a memory card of microSD (to 64 GB). In addition there are ports Ethernet, USB 3.0 and 3,5 of mm of mini-Jack, Bluetooth and WiFi a/b/g/n/ac radio modules.

The buyer is free to choose and "color" of the Tron console - while are available white and black luster. The button of inclusion occupies the most part of a top of the console.

The Tron controler «with taste» Xbox 360 and OUYA controlers is equipped not only buttons, cocks and "hotkeys" ("home", «to muffle a sound», "look" and "menu"), but also big round touchpad, located in the joystick center. In the controler there is even a nest for the earphones, located in the forward part looking at the player.

While Huawei does not call the exact price of the console, however there is an opinion that it will cost less than $150. Unfortunately, at the moment of an exit in sale (the second quarter of this year) officially Tron will be available only in China, however nobody will forbid you to order the device mail and to deliver a parcel in any part of the world.
